I have been researching rosacea but I don't have all the symptoms. I have a lot of red little dots(they look like pimples but don't have a bump at all) that are completely flat but they are only on my cheeks. Can you please help? I can't afford a dermatologist so your knowledge would be so helpful to me.

@AshiFOO Hey doll.. well, I am definitely not a doctor.. but I will try to help as best I can! Few questions.. do they hurt or itch? Did they appear suddenly or gradually (a few each day?). Or, is there a product you used that could possible be the culprit in this? Sounds to me like a rash or reaction of some sort. Let me know and I'll try to help you!!

@Kathline2B There is no cure at the moment.

You can't permanently kill dermodex mites, they will come back.

Also the redness in rosacea is microscopic blood-vessels under the skin.

You will get your Roseca back, one day, all it needs it the right conditions and you will have an outbreak.

I used Minocycline very low dose and I cleared up completely and it was awesome, sadly in one month after I had another outbreak.

Which has now remained (redness) and at times some bumps.

Don't believe people when they tell you there is no cure for rosacea because there is. Well at least for me there was. I bought a cream from the UK called proskin rosacea by a company called mama nature. It is natural and they say on their website that because it contains a high level of tea tree oil it kills the demodex mites that cause rosacea. Admittedly my rosacea worsened when I used it but after that it gradually got better to the point now where it has gone (some scars are left).
