Four years ago I used EFT for my migraines... I never had one since :) I used to have two por year more or less. I haven't had one in four and a half years!!! amazing :)

I think one of the problems when EFT doesn't "work" is that people aren't getting down to core issues and being specific enough. I've never found it boring in my practice with clients. I think it has to do with the depth of experience of the practitioner, and with other skills and talents that they bring to bear in their practice.

I have worked with over 400 clients using EFT, many of them suffering from PTSD, painful childhood dynamics, sexual and physical abuse, phobias, and many other issues. For about 95% of clients, EFT has been successful in relieving or eliminating painful symptoms in a remarkably short time.

EFT has been around for thousands of years, who would you give credit too? I'm just glad that he has improved the process and added imagery and other techniques that he explains in his book and are easy to use. Regular EFT dosnt work that well and its boring.
