Great performance from her in this film. She more that deserved that oscar. L.B. Mayer was very stupid to let her go.

She was absolutetly brilliant !! Anon-englishspeaking actor winning 2 Oscars in a row!!Unbelievable! She was better,"allroundisher" than the Dietrich,or Hepburn and many other legendary actresses,and of course better than 99,9% of often awardwinning(alsoOscars) walking shithouses called actresses nowadays!!
