The problem with this once thriving little mecca, Massena is due to the ignorance of those in position of authority. How can you abuse the people you were hired to represent? (this goes way back and deep) Watching John's video anyone can see it is very easy to do. Just vote in an individual with more mouth than brain. Boy does this Mayor, or if that's his name Maour, whatever...have a lot to learn about people skills. A#1 Jerk-Off of the highest order...keep up the good work John.thanks
