@OscarTheBro It can be looked at both ways, the dude didn't bother locking out and the other guy who routinely turned on the machine without seeing if someone is in it. You wouldn't expect someone to be inside but a quick look would have saved the grief.

@MichiganMechanical Exactly, people like him don't put 2 and 2 together that is was turned off during the shift for a reason. Lockout protects you against dickheads like him.
