There is not a "Bad" verson of this song.
I am hearing this verson for the first time as I type this.
After listening to several other versions I think that Joe caught a slightly different nuance.
No matter..it's still a great song and Joe Cocker is near God-Like in my mind.

I agree that Cocker can carry this song fairly well. The arrangement is laughable, though. It would be good to hear Cocker singing to the original arrangement.
