  • It is interesting to see this guy get back into the game but I really think he should move on to more loftier things than be reduced to playing Chicago selections. I'd like to see him do different stuff.

  • Re: "Change". One sorry aspect of the web is you can't see somebody without .jpg's.

I'm a chic! *lol* (That's okay-happens all the time). Danny is one of those cats who will let the kit do the talking usually. I have found him to be a very humble sort; abd yet he knows of which he speaks. Said he of Jeff's father, "Joe is a great teacher and person-if you can read his book, you can read almost anything." You "get it" or you don't with that book! Like Jeff P. -DS "never an insincere note".

  • Sorry brother. My bad. Keep making the music, and we without talent, will continue to listen. Sometimes I'm overly critical. This IS good....

  • Yo "Change".

Grow up. Please! (Hey, I said "please"....).

TRYING really hard to be nice. Danny has been very kind to me over the past year with reserach tips (i.e. I'm playing again after 12 years of not). Go easy. He and I are both students of Joe Porcaro. (Only diff? Joe mailed me the book-Danny got to sit there with Jeff's Dad). He, Larry, Marc...Fish...to be respected at all times.

  • I remember when Foster worked with Chicago and said that they were going to do a new version of 25 or 6 to 4 with the energy of the old Chicago.... I remember being somewhat excited to hear it. When I did, I realized how much Terry meant to the band and how David Foster can suck the energy out of good musicians...

  • Wow... at 5:28 Danny says it all.... The spark of Terry Kath.... Danny, we all miss him. He lit a fire in the souls of many people....

  • Where do you play?? The bar scene. How many CD's have you promoted at Borders?

Buy the CD and you may appreciate the talent of these guys. Danny and these musicians are very well travelled and respected.

  • Nothing like the "big time!" Gimme a break...was this a garage on the south side?

  • Yes, I know there were two drum tracks for that song. It's widely known that Danny was one of the leaders of the group after Kath died. When Champlin came in he conspired to get Danny fired. Ironic since Danny lobbied to get Bill hired.

  • Danny's a good guy. David Foster ruined the group for me. As for his, "problems" we'll never know the inner workings of that band. It's all, "he said-he said"

I think the millionaires in the current group are the ones laughing to the bank while not playing in a Borders Book store.

Still, the music is awesome and hearing it played well by anyone is fun so more power to them. If he comes around I'll see him.

Did you know that 25 or 6 to 4 has two seperate drum tracks?
