This 10 minute home workouts goal is to get you to focus on something bigger working in you. This big thing called God. His power far exceeds anything that we can do in our measly human strength. Doing things in our energy and power rather than in God's is like choosing a match over a torch.

  • @MsSweetPuppy Oh friend. I am powerfully praying for you and for the many who feel just as hopeless as you. It's not real you know...it's never too late..it's never really hopeless. If you have never allowed Jesus to meet you in this battle then you have never really fought the good fight that ultimately leads to your REAL freedom! It will be a moment to moment process where He is worth it all. Please look into doing an on-line Weigh Less to Feed More class by going to our website.

  • I could never do that...I'm 360 some pounds and MISERABLE, however, I can appreciate your excellent shape and fitness. My weight problem is hopeless. I lost 140, kept it off for awhile (and still had 50 more pounds to lose) and then gained it all back and then some, gave myself a nice umbillican hernia (from just fat), and how I'm looking at an early death. You look so so so good...I only wish I could be in your shape. You have beautiful arms...mine are more huge than the first time.

  • whew!....i just did this one in my hotel room...getting on a plane this mornin and wanted to make sure i got a wrkout in....(had to use waterbottles for weights though :)i )
