Saki lands at Southport, occupied by the Drakian military. Along, find two other teams involved in a struggle for freedom against the Drakians.

Director's comment:
Introducing the third faction: The Drakian Commonwealth. If you have read a certain book by S.M. Stirling, you may get the reference. Still, that fictional civilization fucking blows because it's more godmodded than Superman.
But then, seems that the Zaragozan civil war has escalated further into an international-scale conflict.
Team DV and the Mischief Makers are involved in the conflict now.

Read about Drakan society on the web. So these guys are godmodders and want to enslave everyone? I can't belive they would both clone Van Dammit and implant trackers in those they capture. Luthor may trouble on his hands but he deserves no mercy as well.

Believe me, all of the SFtM conversions to MUGEN up to date are terrible, specially the awful Ryu by NRF (which by far makes this Guile look awesome).

About Van Dammit, well, I reserve my comments (a bit too campy for my taste), but my mum idolizes him.
