  • Primary Hard drive. If you want to upgrade to an SSD, it shall be the Primary Hard Drive. 2nd Hard drive shall be for data storage. So you can have the fastest speed to download application from primary hard drive. A very good choice for Solid State Drive (SSD).

    Samsung memory.

  • check out our website articles at pro-star.com We have an article to discuss about it.

  • If you purchase the laptop from Prostar, you can order the cable and bracket from us. Sorry, the supply is limited. We only supply to our own customers.

  • Please read our article in our website: "Asus G74SX vs G73SW Gaming Laptop".

You are talking about external memory bandwith. The speed, memory size and core are better in Nvidia GTX 560M compare to Nvidia GTX 460M. Check the article. It is good to read.

  • @munnyay Why would you want to with a laptop like this? If you have the money for a great laptop like this, than you could just go out and buy a separate hard-drive that actually is known to work for PS3.

  • Could I take out my hard drive and put in in a PS3?

  • Becaus rating watches ram speed not the amount of them. That means with 4gb 1866 ram rating will be bigger then 16gb of 1333 ram.

  • he sad screw off :D

  • I haven't seen any explanation as to where to get this stupid hd cable? Can somebody please tell me where the hell to get that cable because no one seem to have it!!! Btw I've already checkout prostar's site and no i didn't find any mention or offer there either.

  • @manuelchavez87 I have the same question, what kind of memory is it? I did put 2 Corsair 1333 4gb of ram (to a total of 16gb) and it lowered Windows ram rate. I get a 0.2 higher rate with the original memory even when it's 4gb less.

    I wonder why.

  • Hi, the video is not very smart. It misses the important points. It only shows the guy screwing and unscrewing.

There are two importants points: 1. To connect to the hard drive the cable you have to pull/slide the little black piece away from the hard drive head. Insert the cable and slide back the black thing to lock it.

    2. On the matherboard you have to lift it and push it a little back. Insert the cable and push it down to lock the cable in place.

  • @txgeekette I found a forum that explains. The little blac k piece slides up, Then you insert the cable and slide it back down to lock. This isn't clear in the documentation or video.

  • I'm not seeing how the cable is inserted into the machine and I am having trouble. Finally figured out how to get it inserted into hard drive adapter but still struggling getting it inseted into machine, Is the little black thing supposed to open up like it did on the adapter?
