  • At a year later I can look at this movie objectively. I'm very proud of it. The movie is a good example of "No Budget" film making. An example of a group of individual's interpretation of what Sci-Fi is, and can be. Forget what Hollywood has done before. This isn't a Hollywood movie. Until people are willing to break the mold of what they've been fed their entire lives "No budget movies" will just be cheap rip-off's. Kudo's to the cast and crew for making something that is unique.

  • Yes, but sci-fi requires fictional science hence the term. There needs to be a mention of a new technology whether it impacts the story or is just a line of dialog. I really liked the film and thought it was really well shot, but it's a disaster movie not a sci-fi.

  • If you take a look at many classic sci-fi films you'll notice that the story is actually more about human relationships than the outside forces pushed upon them.

  • Enjoyed your film! Congrats!

  • 0:21 Ghost in reflected in the mirror.

1:52 The apple clock's second hand isn't moving, and it says the time it's 10:13, when acording to the government message it should be 10:29. Also the reflection shows jay standing up.

2:12 That guy is a douche for pointing out minor insignificant flaws in the movie he helped make.

    3:48 Jay Schaad's voice over wasn't included.

And if that's the only things I can see wrong in this movie, it's pretty good. Congrates to us for third place!!!

  • Great job! I loved the story! And very good editing!

  • Using science to explain a disaster doesn't make a Sci-fi. Great cinematography though.

  • This was definitely one of my favorites at the screening. Congrats on 3rd place!
