The commercials are funny, too bad the company itself sucks. They allow unauthorized people to charge their service onto anyone's credit card. Then make you think its a courtesy of theirs to give you back you money. All the while saying we don't give refunds but since someone stole oyu card we will this once. Crappy service, employees, and policies.
