Action figures are today's popular sculpture. And they are big business. You can follow comic heroes and villains, movies, sports, any number of topics beautifully created for collecting or displaying in the comfort of your home. They can be pricey, costing anywhere from $40 to $6,000, though the average seems to be about $125. Don't try to collect them all, unless you are extremely wealthy. It might be better to pick one character and try collecting only the one category. The next video to go up after this one will be an example, showing only the Batman character and some of the many, many versions. I'm putting good, bad, and ugly into this video. Okay, so the line is often blurred when it comes to good or bad. If I have placed one of your favorite heroes among the bad, or your pet villain among the good, I apologize. Music is Richard Wagner's "Kaisermarsch" (Imperial march).
