so you dont eat any food for 10 to 14 days while you do this?
i mean 1 day is the cyane lemon maple and gallon of water nite lax tea
and next day salt flush? then take the geraldfol stuff and then that morning of salt flush day do the gallon of maple water stuff and keep going 10 days...10 days man will I have anything left in my body haah ; can you provide a list of 10 days of the cycle written on a youtube or send me a list to my youtube of steps and days? thanks.

Some receipes say 1/10 of a teaspoon of pepper... spice it to your taste. That's hard to measure. Enough to be spicy, but not too much so you won't want to drink a ton of it. Remember, you are drinking this for several days.
