In 2009 a group of about 20 students from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Elon University traveled to Uruguay for an Alternative Spring Break trip. We participated in a handful of community service and Uruguayan cultural experiences.
This video shows the 2 day construction of a greenhouse that teaches young kids to learn to grow their own food and bring that knowledge back to their families so that they can grow their own food or even grow a product they can sell for an income. There are about 200 photos that make up this video and I have to apologize for not using a tripod. More information about the program can be found at: http://www.fundacionlogros.org.uy/. It is really a great program and the organization works in so many areas.

Mat it was nice but way too fast on some parts and did I see wooden poles set with PVC slid over them? Now that is a great Idea, nice!

@Allonjr I'm not sure that it is too fast, but I think the fact that I didn't have a tripod makes it jerky and at this speed that doesn't look great.
The white is actually paint to reflect the sunlight. Cost had to be kept to an absolute minimum so PVC would have been out of the question.
Thanks for the comment.
