  • Height 5' 111/2", wrist 61/4, 28 waist (relaxed with slight draw, 27 sucked in), 51 shoulders, 43 chest, 22 legs, 141/4 calf, 151/2 arm (flexed), shoulder 151/2, hips 351/2...fits well pant 30W32L, 42 off the rack sport jacket, shoe size 12

  • i'm at 1.53 right now...:( but the good news are i'm quite skinny (65kg) so if i build some muscle i'll probably get the 1.61...dont u think...?

  • so i guess i hit the genetic jackpot, my Adonis index is pretty spot on at 1.615384.....

    My shoulders are a smidgen over 21in (so i rounded down) and my waist is exactly 13 in (i wear a 32in waist and always need a belt to keep them up).

    And i have not done a single exercise to try and improve my adonis index, in fact i am pretty lean overall. My body was just blessed by the Gods i guess, so Aphrodite here i come!!!! aka LADIES ;)

  • o_o I was looking for picture of men with the perfect body type on the internet--I found none. In real life I've only seen it twice.

    Maybe it's my preference, but I don't like terribly muscular men. Not even moderately. The ideal male figure for me would be tall (5'9" and on), slightly muscular, and very skinny. But I suppose this body type is only genetic.

    (FYI, I'm a straight female.)

    right now im only focusing on shoulder, chest and neck exercises. im sticking with shoulder flyes and two handed raises along with shrugs....low reps medium to heavy weights but form is so fucking important for those muscles otherwise you re gonna hurt yourself
