Victor the Budgie's "Inquest of Board" Retranslated April 16, 2009

This is my favourite video of Victor so far. There are same major changes from the first translation thanks to the help of my partner Linda. We worked together on this one and I spent many hours going over parts that didn't seem to match up with the captions or were difficult to understand.

In the video Victor works hard at convincing the viewers that he really is a sentient being talking in remarkable context

If he indeed learned to speak English by listening to you, he would've also learned your view of the world (and some would say a lot of it is embedded in language, anyway). Even if he had his own take on it, the initial reference point would still have been yours; a human child raised by wolves will become wolflike.

I really love vic's video's, i still cant believe a budgie can learn this many words and also understand them. Most people claim birds dont understand they words they say, but as u can see, they do. Thnx for keep uploading video's man, 5/5!
