This is my favourite video of Victor so far. There are same major changes from the first translation thanks to the help of my partner Linda. We worked together on this one and I spent many hours going over parts that didn't seem to match up with the captions or were difficult to understand.

In the video Victor works hard at convincing the viewers that he really is a sentient being talking in remarkable context

  • wow, what a surprise, the bird has the exact same concerns as the owner.

  • Oh I don't think so. Victor had his own concerns and I have mine. My spouse has to continually tell me to take my vitamins and eat my carrots though.

  • @RyanRey2000 No man (or budgie) is an island. If he indeed learned to speak English by listening to you, he would've also learned your view of the world (and some would say a lot of it is embedded in language, anyway). Even if he had his own take on it, the initial reference point would still have been yours; a human child raised by wolves will become wolflike.

  • He sounds like an alien (from district 9)

  • thats why victor keeps going on about it , hes trying to make sence of the world , just wait a few years , then he will supprise you and hes abit narcasistic to ?

  • Victor talks like a Cylon Hybrid.

  • I really love vic's video's, i still cant believe a budgie can learn this many words and also understand them. Most people claim birds dont understand they words they say, but as u can see, they do. Thnx for keep uploading video's man, 5/5!

  • And how do you know what Ryan's views are? Did you ask him?

Also, no one can truly own a bird, as much as they try.

  • Victor knew that patience was going to be a really important test in the development of his messages, brilliant!!!

    Victor is the bird's bird!!!
