Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born into Eternal Life.

Amen.

  • Thanks so much for posting. I don't mind that you jumped into this section of the song, I like to listen to this very section now and then :)

  • @evr08 Your comment left me really really happy. Thanks for the support and understand the purpose I edited the song. The whole song is beautiful and able to elevate our inner world but I did want to show how West and East cultures and religions could be amazing when together to each other and I also wanted to make a honor to St.Francis(Kuthumi)

  • :-) Pearls of wisdom. Thank you for your comment

  • you missed the whole beginning....what happend????????.....That was the whole build up to this part! Get it right ok????

  • @liljkt You are right my dear.I really did appreciate the fact you've remembered us that the song is only the final part and not the complete version of it, but my purpose when posted the song was to highlighting the part of the "prayer of Saint Francis".God bless you and thank you once again for your comments =)
