ahaha hey i know what happened, or at least i think i know. its your controler and electrical source, more engines more electricety and a bigger tougher controler. i would read model rocket projects for the evil genius it takes about that and has the blue prints to take care of something like this. best wish's and good luck

@emerychandler I traced the problem to a crack in the propellant of the G80-4T, the small amount of air caused it to act like a firecracker and shoot a large amount of the propellant up through the rockets body, which in turn caused the parachutes to deploy. Pretty funny looking back.
