@playaboy45 1st of all this is a progress video, i just started working out.. ive been through a lot of shit lost all my weight and gained it back, last thing i need is for someone to call me skinny, but i gained a shitload of more weight than what i used to be its a big accomplishment for me .. second i dont take protein shakes with creatine an all i gain it naturally and i take an awesome protein shake with no creatine/side effects , and 3rd wait till im 14 than call me skinny ..
