  • I know many people who serve the community. Just as many Christians as Pagans and Occultists. You seem to conviently leave that out or just not recognise that fact. Video response comeing probably this weekend depending on what I need to do for school.

  • @Mysticblue1212 There's actually nothing in Religulous about the pagan and occult communities anyway (at least as far as I can recall). Doesn't come up on the radar. The primary focus of mockery, by far, is the Christian faith. I'm actually adding more thoughts on Religulous in a new video I'm working on as well.

  • @Shazoolo You are right he didn't mention them in Religulous itself but Bill is well known for making fun of people for having any sort of belief. He has ALWAYS stated that. He only target the Judio Christian faiths in the movies because they are the majority. Although Bill feels that way about ALL beliefs including mine, I still believe he has got some good points that people should at least think about before following something or someone so blindly.

  • @Mysticblue1212 Oh right, I could well imagine it. Being in the UK though I'm not overly familiar with him. Much of what I know of him is based on what I have seen on the actual film Religulous. I could imagine he does mock other spiritualities though, and I most certainly would disagree with that as well. Although people disagree I don't think mockery of faiths is good at all, in fact I think it's heading somewhere sinister (see my next video to be uploaded where Maher gets further mention).

  • I have come to NOT like Bill Mahr. He says that Christians are mentally ill. There are a whole lot of or us mentally ill people walking this earth. I certainly hope Mr. Mahr finds Christ. I will pray for him.

  • He did not go to the pro's because he wanted to point out that the Christianity of the professional theologians has no resemblance to the Christianity of the person on the street. You are correct in saying that this comedy was mean spirited but his point was valid. He should have at least pointed out that these poor deluded souls are at peace with their maker.

  • I agree with infinityseeker1993. People should be able to defend their own beliefs, not rely on a professional religious debater to do so on their behalf. But that's the problem the faith heads they rely on other people to do their thinking for them.

  • I thought scousers were meant to have a sense of humour. . . .

  • Yet another great video. Keep up the good work. At the end of Religulous, Bill Maher said "Religion must die in order for mankind to live." This may be an extreme example but Maher sounded like Hitler there. I'm not sure if he is quite as bad but it does make me wonder what he would do if he had dictatorial powers. The same with Dawkins.

  • @ItsKnucklez

So are you saying because these men do this its ok for others?

  • The film is a masterpiece of propaganda??? Well consider the subject matter. What in the hell do you expect?

    Religion is propaganda personified. Newsflash!!!

  • @WarehouseOfWarpage

Yeah I agree the right wing christians are nuts, the creationists war on science also pisses me of and turning me away from christianity, there willfull ignorence to science!

  • 0:30 I've got a sense of humour. Later on makes an eleven minute video treating zombie Jesus remarks as serious critiques of Christianity and any person who uses them as mindless, despicable idiots who only want attention just for repeating a joke.

Plus Borat was an intelligently funny movie and creationists only deserve ridicule especially those who poison the minds of the young with unscientific nonsense.
