  • I will try anything, but when I do this, and really stretch the toes, instant cramps. Sure wakes me up! 5 years of this now, and I'm afraid its spreading and definitely not getting any better. I don't know what is left to try, seems like have tried so much with little success.

  • PT only works when one has enough feeling to tell if they are moving things or not. One thing that hurt me was inappropriate PT before my pain was managed correctly. Since no drugs really make a lot of difference (trust me, I and many "new" friends have walked this path-me for over a decade [1/2 that time undiagnosed (meaning no pain meds)]. To put a person in that much pain thru the paces too soon is asking for a suicide.
