Sam Nolte - Automatic (A Cappella Tokio Hotel Cover - Autotune)

So, this is just something random I threw together again. I'm not sure if I like it or not, but I wanted to try a song doing just using my voice, sort of like an a cappella arrangement, but not as organized! Regardless of how it turned out, it was definitely fun to put together! I used the auto-tune simply because I wanted to hear what it would sound like if it was sung by people who are far more talented at singing than I am, and could actually sound in tune ;) Again, everything was created in garageband and iMovie.

Hi ^¨i love this and i want to ask you something since i also use garageband. How do you edit your voice, sorta? ^^

@xxflippistarxx When you record a vocal track and go to the track editor, under "advanced options" there is a bar and a cursor that say "Enhance Tuning." You can adjust how much "autotune" you use, and you can also lock it into a certain key if you'd like.

@xxflippistarxx If it's an acoustic guitar or a piano, I'm usually the one playing it. Everything else I make with the instruments in garageband, or in some cases snatch sound effects from online. As for putting a song in garageband, you can drag any mp3 into the window and it should automatically make itself into a new track. However, if you want to edit an already mixed song like that, I'd suggest using a program like Audacity, or something with more editing features than garageband.
