Truth is that the appraisal is going to get paid $150-250 and the appraisal management company is going to get 350-450 and pay the appraiser chicken feed. Professionals do not work for these fees. Two main requirements for these companies, how fast and how cheap, and it is usually a very inexperience hungry new licensee.
The Public is still getting ripped off with low quality AMC's.

Sounds like more complexity more bureaucracy. Abraham Lincoln had a better banking/money system. 1913 did not solve anything, unless 1929 was meant to happen? What about fractional reserve banking?
