Look at the 1998 Goodwill Games and Women's Pro Championships Finals (this was the best I've seen her do it). I think she kept it in 97 because she really needed the increased difficulty level to do well.
Did she say "altitude" at around 2:19 ? (So breathless at the time!) I'll say she gained altitude during the routine; not bad for one who was not in peak condition.

@MsNes83 Really! Did not know that this was in Denver. But I like to hear DM say something, because she had (has) a nice voice. "Altitude", indeed!

altitude = denver, co, the "mile high" city. was just there and actually surprised how much i felt the altitude even walking up stairs!

I still don't know why she kept that triple twist. I've never actually seen her complete it in any competition that she competed with it.
