T.E.A.M. 21 is an after-school program run jointly by the Wyoming Parks and Recreation Department and Wyoming Public Schools. The program, which stands for Teach, Enrich, Achieve and Move, has made a difference in the lives of hundreds of kids in Wyoming, Michigan. This video comes from Grand Rapids news channel WoodTV-8, which awarded T.E.A.M. 21 the station's first ever Connecting with Community award.
Wyoming Parks and Recreation is an active MRPA member, and the T.E.A.M. 21 program was featured in the Summer 2009 issue of the MRPA PROfessional Quarterly (to view the article, visit the PROfessional Quarterly section of the MRPA Web site at www.mrpaonline.org). Congratulations Wyoming Parks and Recreation!
