EARTH ANOMALIES: Underwater UFO base in Andes of Peru???

Several anomalous structures show up on Google Earth, within small lakes in the mountains of peruvian Andes, near of Titicaca lake (14°38'34.97"S, 69°25'07.73"W). To first sight we could assume that´s some processing graphic error, but after some filters and zooming the image, we can see well defined 3d patterns that suggests large underwater buildings or facilities in the bottom of the lake. This corroborates the massive UFO sightes reported by the people that lives in those areas, entering and coming out of lakes and mountain caves. This video is a strong evidence that Earth is being shared by foreign intelligent beings and we have absolutely none idea about who are they.

All ancient meso-american civilizations were raised by aliens of the same race that raised Atlantis. artifacting can be caused by image compression algorithms, ie, when imagery is compressed reduce data size? latest googleEarth v.6 allows looking at historical data ... is the underwater 'artifacting' consistent over several datasets of the same area
