From the Apollo Lunar Surface Journal (ALSJ) Website:

This excellent sequence was recorded just before the television camera was turned off prior to John driving the lunar rover from Station 10 back to the lunar module. It shows Charlie carrying a sample collection bag in his right hand and running northeastwards from the rover back to the MESA. He covers about 55 meters in 45 seconds and, following his movements across the surface, we can see that he moves across rolling terrain, skipping and jumping downhill towards the lunar module and kicking up dust as he goes. "Boy, is this fun!" he says, and this clip shows just how much fun it is.
