PREVIOUSLY: While searching for the uppermost turret of the House of Within Light, Soma stumbled upon an old loft above the Demon Guest House filled with mirrors. The demon Paranoia had made this funhouse his home, being able to pass through the glass as if it were a doorway to another world. Upon its defeat, Paranoia gave up its ability to Soma, leading to a long trek back through the entire manor in search of all the mirrors that he had discovered earlier. Secret treasures awaited behind each looking glass. Finally, after claiming the treasure of the Cursed Clock Tower mirror, Soma returned to the Pinnacle to finally begin what must be the ascent to the top.

SYNOPSIS: Starting on the lowest floor of the Pinnacle, Soma began a careful search of the floors, climbing slowly upward. There had to be a way to reach Celia's lofty perch somewhere. The monsters were quickly becoming dangerous, especially the formidable giant Final Guards. Hunting for souls and items was time-consuming, but the rewards were beyond compare for some monsters. With more skills in hand, Soma finally discovered the uppermost floors through a hole in the ceiling of an otherwise-vacant room. However, he decided to make camp in case Celia was around the corner.

SOULS OBTAINED:
* Mushussu
* Alastor
* Final Guard
* Mothman

NEXT TIME: The final climb up the Pinnacle lies ahead. Soma has bested many of Celia's guardians in order to reach the uppermost chamber, and it is nearly time to see who is truly the Master of Dominance. Will all of Soma's training have been for naught? Stay tuned!

  • I was wondering where you went. While you were gone, I downloaded Castlevania: Symphony of the Night onto my PSP and finished it.

    By the way, which game do you plan on doing a playthrough of after Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is finished? If it's another Castlevania game, then would you mind if I nominated Order of Ecclesia as a candidate?

  • @ShadowWolfTJC Symphony of the Night is great. I have it on my PSP as the bonus material from Castlevania Chronicles (or whatever the Rondo of Blood remake is called).

    As for my next game, it's a toss-up between three or four: Order of Ecclesia (never beaten it); Portrait of Ruin; Harmony of Dissonance; and Circle of the Moon. The thing I dread about Ecclesia is beating the bosses without taking damage to get the boss medals.

  • wow your really OVER LVLED i mean im normally lvl 30-35 or maybe even 40 but your just WAAAYYYY over lvled

  • @teza789 Yes indeed, I am overleveled. It can't be helped, though, when collecting every item and soul from every enemy. I certainly haven't gone out of my way to gain any extra experience so far.

  • I beat the game before you got the new video up.

  • @Publicnme2424 Sorry about that! Hopefully these will still be somewhat entertaining. I do have some unconventional strategies coming up for the last few bosses of the game. :)
