Oh ya theres different things you can change in your apperence just I dont know if the makeover people work or not yet NCsoft was getting around to doing that though so yes.

Here is a question for you :) can player change his/her hair style later in game? because before wotlk wow didint had this option, what about aion? rofl some people care about their look
