When Gadget answered his gadget-phone, he probably should have either pulled over 1st or have Penny or Brain hold the wheel for him however, I don't think he's smart enough to figure that out, is he?

Maybe to you, but I prefer Cree Summer. She seemed more suited for the role. I think a LOT of people prefer Cree Summer's Penny :P She even reprised the role in that "Robot Chicken" parody they did!

Yeah I did, that was a mistake. Cree Summer has ALWAYS been one of my favorite voice actresses!

Yeah, that's a real mystery to me: When Robot Chicken could get Cree Summers for such a small parody, why hans't DiC used her in any of their revivals?! Yes, the grown up Cree Summer sounded slightly hoarser than she did as Penny when she was 10-11 years old, but when it came to the role itself (not only vocal details), I think Cree still gave a better performance than any of her replacements have. Seems like DiC thought they must always have an actor the same age as Penny is...

Same here. It is called "Car Race" and is available on the French soundtrack. It seems it was used more in the second season, but it was sued in plenty of first-season episodes too (such as "Art Heist" and "Sleeping Gas")
