Wiimote have 3 axes of freedom x y z. In the game used only two of it. It little disorientates.

Guys please this video is to show you a cool program it's not meant to use on every game or everyday as a mouse. It's just some cool technology and its pretty cool on SOME games. So stop bitchin!
