CPS has been engaged in these tactics way before 1996, don't think they haven't thought of every contingency, they have had years to fine tune the system.

I have documents that might be related to Nancy's death. They prove a kidnapper has been (above the law & court system )for a very long time. Child custody predator for benefits. See the documents for yourself. See how this kidnapper was the mastermind behind falsely accusing and convicting an innocent man of child molestation.
