That car analogy! There it is again. I can't listen to it with a straight face especially when the argument about vanity is later made in the video whereby patients have a psychological issue and can move on as a result of surgery. Don't get me wrong. If these guys want to be cosmetic surgeons then that's fine by me. I'm just saying that the flash car analogy (accidentally) belittles the psychological issue. I envisage a comedy sketch whereby somebody buys a flash car to "move on". OK Ya closure
