Manic: Don Cheadle Goes Off

Manic is a film directed by Jordan Melamed and stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Don Cheadle and Zooey Deschanel. The film takes place in a juvenile wing of a mental institution. Dr. David Monroe (played by Cheadle) is in charge of group therapy and trying to get the kids to talk about their issues.

In this scene, it has been revealed that one of the kids (Kenny) had been molested by his step-father and had to be taken away, which upset a lot of the other kids as well as Dr. David Monroe. Lyle (played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt) was Kenny's roommate and is dealing with anger issues which forced him into the mental institution.
