Harp: Giulia Petrioli - Voice: Barbara Marunti
WARNING: the quality of the recording is, as usual, terrible. We seem always out of tune- well, sometimes we actually were, but here in the recording there are some frightening acoustics errors.
It was quite hazardous to sing this beautiful song because of its deep and important meaning: we are Italian and maybe we can't get to the inner core of the song, but at least we tried. Probably even my pronunciation will seem a bit queer, normally I'm quite fluent in English but I don't now, when I sing this song I'm so enthusiastic that I seem to forget some basic pronunciation rules- sorry for that. This is intended to be a simple, humble tribute to the wonderful Irish culture, which Giulia and I sincerely adore.
you did a good job. English can be difficult! and you added the irish accent well. I have the hardest time singing in italian. ps. is that a Merlin R harp?

@sgerbi01 Thank you! I've never been to Ireland (but luckily I'm leaving for Dublin next week, so I'll have time to practise), therefore I have no direct experience of Irish accent. I tried to understand Irish accent from folk songs and Irish films and I wanted to sing Irish songs with an Irish accent, but I was afraid of seeming a bit eerie!

@sgerbi01 2) So thank you for your appreciation, it is really motivating :-) ; this is a Camac harp, as for the model I will ask my partner because I don't remember. PS. You really sing in Italian? Which genre? Kind regards, G.A.
