I love this song so much. The scenes are taken from the WWII movie series called, "War and Remembrance". An American soldier's Jewish wife and child get caught up in the Holocaust. Her Uncle is gassed, Natalie and her son barely survive to be found by the Father after the war is over. Natalie had faked her son's death, giving him to Czech partisans. The retreating Nazis shoot the Czechs, but one man covers the boy with his body and dies on top of him, but the boy lives.

I love this song so much. Brings tears to my eyes. The scenes are taken from the WWII movie series called, "War and Remembrance". An American soldier's Jewish wife and child get caught up in the Holocaust while visiting Europe. Her Uncle is gassed to death, Natalie and her son barely survive to be found by the Father after the horrible war is over.

argueably Alabama's single best song. Ever. this truly defines what the group was about. and you did a great job putting some stuff together for video to go along here... one of my fav songs by anyone. i wish we had another "Alabama" to come along for the 21st century and do what these guys did in the 80s and 90s

Thank you very much for your kind words. I like Alabama had to retire from the busness but I really miss it. Your right about Alabama. They were an awsum group. I wrote a song I called "With One More Chance" that I would love to have Alabama record. Check it out.
