i need help i got this game on pc and i played this level and the enemies are just black lines the rest of the level looks fine someone please tell me what to do

Try to update the game and your graphics card's drivers. That should fix it. Or even before that try to change the game's graphics options.

Thankgod for a FAST PACED shooter with a lot of freedom of movement. Fuck all those wannabe realistic slowass shooters these days where you're glued to the ground like a turtle. Painkiller kicks balls, I'm gonna try this today! Quake1 like air control fuck yeah!
