On May 3, 2008, the San Bernardino County Democratic Central Committee (SBCDCC) hosted the first annual Congressman George E. Brown, Jr. Inaugural Awards Banquet honoring The 2008 Grassroots Volunteers of the Year.
The event was held at California State University, San Bernardino and the Featured Speaker was Lieutenant Governor John Garamendi slated to be the next Governor of California.
This video contains some of Garamendi's comments about The Los Angeles County Democratic Central Committee, followed by Eric Bauman who is the Chair of L.A. Central Committee.
