  • were you running the FMU or bigger injectors and was the car tuned?

  • @MrStangerbanger This was my friends car, it had bigger injectors and was tuned.

  • ima go run here! make my GT feel pretty fast running downhill! haha

  • that may look downhill to you, but the finish line of that track is about 20 feet higher than the starting line. its level and goes uphill at the end.

it is notoriously the slowest track around here, slower than norwalk by 2 or 3 tenths guaranteed.

plus we get these really awesome DA's of like 3000 all summer!!!!

  • @wjpurnell

Were just lucky that 42 re-dd half of the track..traction in 2006 was unheard of lol

  • @justinizme

hopefully the new owner of quaker will make some changes for the better!

  • were there alot of other Mustangs out there when you went

  • Nice car for sure but man I expected a better run. My stock 94 Cobra ran 13.4@102mph on sticky tires. Drivin' like I stole it.

  • suspension set up?

  • this one or a 93 cobra are the only mustangs i would ever drive....

  • hey man you have a beautiful cobra i want one and im gonna make it look pretty simular to this one.

  • This seems a little slow. I went 105 mph in a 302 powered notch with stock GT40P heads, mild flat-tappet cam, Performer 289 intake, 600 cfm Edelbrock, short tubes and cheapo exhaust. That's here in AZ with 1500 ft altitude and DA of over 5000 ft in the summer. My buddy with an '88 notchback with roller 302 went 110 mph with RPM heads, E cam, TFS upper and lower, short tubes and exhaust. We both had T5s and 3.73s, his car is around 3100 lbs, mine is 2710 lbs.

  • SWEET 5.0 SOUNDS AWESOME!

  • @jcrohm88 thats why 5.0s can run 10s all motor with a good set up right?
