This is very creative and you explain very well. Although English is not your mother tongue you are trying your best and the message is very clear. Thank you very much. I found this video very helpful :)

These are beautiful looking patties Ms. Manjula. The colors are lovely, and the recipe very straightforward. I have subscribed to your site, and look forward to trying many more of your recipes. Thank you!

@jollyjane08 . Very good advice. I use cast iron or stainless steel only for frying.

you are fabulous. love your videos!

All your recipes are really great Manjulaji. I prefer to watch your videos these days rather than call up my mum in India and get the recipes for things :)
However, there is one thing which I have seen most Indian friends making a mistake with -non stick pans or pots should NEVER be used for deep frying. Teflon is not meant to be used with high heat as it releases some toxic stuff.

these look great Mangula. If you wanted to make this recipe gluten free, what could you substitute the flour in the batter with...possibly gram flour? I saw that someone already asked about the bread crumb substitute which you said the sooji would work well and I think it would be a great alternative.
I've already tried so many of your recipes and each one has been excellent.
Thanks

@cher128bx To keep gluten free make a batter using gram flour, dip the cutlets in the batter and fry.
