Man hurt by firefighters tells story

Terry DeGeorge of Southwest Portland says he should not have gotten angry with Portland firefighters, but he also says he didn't deserve to be forced the floor and kicked. But a spokesman for the Portland Fire Bureau says DeGeorge was being aggressive and the firefighters felt threatened by him.

agreed you forgot the legal aspects of it as well...........we have to watch what we say about anything we do on the scene one wrong word can put us in a lot of trouble.....so for those of you non firefighters reading this just don't ask and watch the news if its a good enough story they will tell you everything you need to know. keep out of our way because if you were the one who called you wouldn't want someone getting in your way. BTW we may be nice people but we are humans!!
