  • what threatens mankind is not the changing environment . but humankind unwillingness to change with it . people are unwilling to change , i cite Ethiopia . half the country is in famine , half is some of the most fertile land on earth , the problem is they will not share with the other side . i cite New Orleans , people refusing to move from a city below sea level when that sea is rising and they refuse to spend $ on new levee's. this climatic change will only be bad , if people refuse to change

  • @MrAtrophy

no doubt you'll be delighted as we see a massively accelerated influx of climate refugees from subtropical nations to the developed world.

  • @greenman3610 , there are some good things to come out of warming that people do not talk about . russia will get a grain belt like the mid-west that will be much larger . the over all food production capability of the earth could improve . remember , most of the time the earth existed , it was under "green house conditions" or just warmer . the odd climatary event is the stable cool period that's existed most of human kinds existence. change will happen , eventually by our hands ,or naturally

  • @MrAtrophy

Hello - Russia HAS a grain belt like the midwest - they are one of the world's leading exporters, except for their worst heat wave in 1000 years (they keep good records) last year, which destroyed the crop, so they could not export. That, plus failures in Australia (floods) and Argentina (heat) jacked up food prices to their highest levels ever, which has been a cause of much unrest throughout the third world.

  • @greenman3610

the issue is that the midwest might no longer have a grain belt like the midwest, as the southwest desert expands into kansas, nebraska etc

  • @VictorLepanto We're making progress. You agree that CO2 is a GHG; I didn't know that about you before. Therefore, if there's more CO2, global T goes up. So, now you can tell us why you think the climate sensitivity (T increase per doubling of CO2) will be less than the 2-4.5 C cited by the IPCC.

And the "argument" that there are natural sources of CO2, therefore CO2 cannot be a problem, is childish. There are "clearly safe" and "clearly unsafe" levels for countless natural chemicals.

  • @WaxItYourself are you chines or communist or just another dumb ass with nothing better to do than argue with me, what's your story?

  • @vmgqie Because solar input HAS been declining. He wrote it was 'unlikely to be the major cause of the recent warming' not me. You are ignoring the actual measured data. And your conspiracy theorist mind is working overtime it seems.

  • @WaxItYourself solar input was unlikely to be the dominant cause of strong warming. Now why would you write that if the sun was declining and could not be the cause of any warming. You have contradicted your own argument and you can't even see that your wrong, that makes me wonder what's really going on here. What's your real agenda, why bother with all this to and throw, are you being paid to do this.Is this to try to convince people at grass roots level, part of a larger effort of propaganda

  • @vmgqie solanki works with the PMOD data set. That data set, combined with their own sunspot data, shows that the Sun has been declining in output for decades now. This is what he was talking about. He didn't use the word 'All' anywhere. He said that solar input was unlikely to be the dominant cause of strong warming in the last 3 decades. This is based off his own data. You're completely useless in understanding.

  • @WaxItYourself he said the brightness could not account for ALL the warming, you forgot the word ALL he is saying there is some from co2 and some from the sun very convenient you forgot the word ALL. Typical alarmist, reads what he wants to read. Anything to further the lies of the global warming scam

  • @vmgqie And after that he said that the brightness could not account for the warming in the past few decades. can you not understand? Selective reading? Try reading the actual scientific journal not someone else's interpretation of it. Chances are you probably couldn't understand it anyways.

  • @WaxItYourself I misread nothing, you can't except it, he says the sun's output and brightness has increased, you can't denie that unless your so brain washed you are unwilling to believe any science that goes against the global warming hoax. Your religion is a sham except it and move on do your self a favour, or are you a chines commie, greeting's your doing a splendid job of wrecking the western economies. Job well done, by the time you have finished the west economy will be totally destroyed
