the song made me "want to stop and notice the earth", she performed a song that was lyrically deep yet melodically simple, just like MJ did. Very in sync with the song,
I honestly like some of Michael Jackson's songs, however Earth Song was an song I didnt connect to the vocals until I saw it signed by Janis and I was like WOW!

This is wonderful so that Michael's songs are even heard and understood by those who can not hear with their ears, but with their hearts! Stunning how Michael could reach so many people of any language or type of communication!
