Alton and Robon did not write More Pretty Girls; besides they recorded it as the Arthur Smith Trio- so Arthur should get credit.
It was recorded many times before the
Delmores and version are found as early as 1909.

Thanks for commenting on the clip. Everything I have been able to find points to the fact that Alton Delmore and Fiddlin` Arthur Smith wrote the song. Could you suggest where I can find earlier versions of the song? I would love to credit the true writers if it isn`t Alton Delmore and Arthur Smith. Thanks.
