dragonflies; they're about three times the size of the damselflies. so, not really "each other"

they eat anything thats about they're size or smaller. they love tadpoles, mozzie larvae and that sort of thing. probably even very small fish.

before i moved to australia i lived in germany, where i had a small pond in the backyard. i was little and loved my tadpoles. then i found a dragonfly larvae in a puddle, thought it looked cool and put it in my pond...... the rest is history..

Awesome. I used to play with these guys all the time as a young 'un. I used to put them and a few damselfly mymphs in a tank and watch them hunt each other.
