Artist Larry Livolsi creating a class fish at his studio (www.lorenzstudios.org). My memory card filled up so I didn't get to film the complete piece.

  • Its so different watching the ol' school guys blowing glass. In the 70's and early 80's that's how it was done, with no assistants. Now they teach a team work approach and I find myself having to teach myself how to do it alone when I don't have any assistants. Watching videos like this help alot. Thanks for the upload.

  • No problem. I learned a lot from working with Larry back in Connecticut. He can do most everything without using an assistant. That's how I've been working since I moved to Columbus. I saw that you were working at Glass Axis so if you ever need a partner drop me an email!

  • Wow. I love to watch glassblowers, they are in a different world

  • ...sorry...that is the fish?...

  • Larry is great to work with. He truly makes things look much easier than they are ;-) Also very laid back and easy going.

  • I'll have to do that. Right now I don't get out there much cause I'm still in school, so I take advantage of the shop at OSU as much as I can. But I'll definitely keep you mind. Thanks. If I have any questions about something I'll give you a buzz.
