@MrDebashishMohanty that's not true, many southeast asians are smart and a lot of them are innovators/ inventors too the only problem is lack of funds and support from the government that's why most of their inventions are sold to private companies who pay for their creations and adopt it as their own. one example is the touchscreen technology w/c was developed as a thesis by a group of filipino students, that later on forced to sell the technology b/c of financial instability for the research.
