A40 Accident Air Ambulance Northolt (1994)

Accident A40 young girl at end of school day takes shortcut across road, (instead of using pedestrian footbridge 50 metres away) she was struck by the red car. Mother was called to the scene to accompany her to hospital. Hopefully she was OK. We all make split second decisions that sometimes we regret or go wrong. Lets all take care out there! it's not always you at fault!

Very nice! 14 years on and a lot has changed! Ambulance's no longer look that way, nor do the police cars and the paramedics all have to have high-viz jackets with green squares on the bottom.

If anyone caress the the police vehicle registered K913 FHM as seen in the video was a 1993, 1.4 litre Vauxhall Astra that was scrapped after only three years in service. Why it wasn't auctioned off I have no idea.

These days plod wouldn't even turn up, they'd all be arguing about who could be arsed to attend. They would also shut all the roads for the chopper, they don't have any common sense anymore.
