Not only did they never regain the belts, the WWE World Tag Team Titles were the last belts Santana OR Martel would ever hold in the WWF/WWE. I've never understood why Martel never got at least an IC Title reign. Here's hoping Martel can get into the WWE HOF soon.

@herbertkearse He's got a great look. I think Gibbs + Mike Sharpe could have been a good, realistic, hard-nosed tag team. Similar look and tag-team.

Strike Force was originally going to be called "Border Patrol" but the name was scrapped because of the negative connotations the name would have with hispanic wrestling fans.

Tito really bulked up in the late 80s. Back in his IC championship days, he was just in shape.
